Morton engineers have the knowledge and experience to design a wide variety of machined products to meet all customer specifications. Our engineers work closely with our customers from the initial concept to the completed product. An active role in product design assures a cost effective and trouble-free product.
We utilize Pro-Engineer, Solidworks and other CAD systems for the design and development of new products.
Complete CAD transfer capabilities facilitate the transfer of design information between MI and the customer.
Internally developed programs accomodate our special requirements in machining geometry and product design calculations. A database of over 7000 proven products provides information for the creation of similar designs.
Prototype Development
Using the latest Pro/Engineer and Solidworks CAD platforms, Morton is able to employ rapid prototype development techniques to create parts for pre-production evaluation.
